During the course you will be introduced to massage as a creative process and learn a variety of effective techniques. Suitable for both absolute beginners and people who are considering professional training with the BCMB.

The essence of massage is touch. With appreciation of how to approach another’s body and give sensitive touch, the simplest massage can be a rewarding experience for giver and receiver alike.

During the weekend we will explore:

  1. massaging ourselves

  2. massaging with another enabling you to work with the whole body

  3. varied and appropriate touch

  4. effective techniques

  5. using your body without strain

We will work on a massage table and also look at working on the floor and using a chair.

If you want to know more just phone or email me and I’d be very happy to help.
